I have designed this course for those of you who love climbing, and want a yoga practice that focuses on recovering those parts of the body that need special attention when climbing regularly.

The first class you will have access to is on Monday 19th February.
For each of the four classes you will have one week to practice or repeat as many times as you wish.
Please note that this is not a yin yoga course. While there are times in the classes when you will be stretching passively, we will not be holding the poses for long periods of time. You will stay mostly active and at some points you will integrate restorative yoga postures.
